YOU'RE NOT ALONE.
Starting solids is exciting. It's also scary.
You've read everything online. You’ve heard about Baby-led Weaning and want to let your baby feed themselves. But when it's actually time to put real food in front of your baby, you have no idea where to start or how to keep them safe.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
-
What if they choke? How do I even tell the difference between gagging and choking?
-
When do I introduce allergens? What if they react?
-
Am I cutting food the right size? Serving the right foods first?
-
How do I help them not become picky?
-
We started with purees - did I mess things up already?
These fears are completely normal, and the internet doesn't help. It's full of conflicting, inaccurate advice that leaves you more confused than when you started. Our Infant Course was built for exactly this. In two hours, you'll go from anxious to equipped.

Common questions
-
The course is designed for babies 5-12 months. We recommend taking it around 5 months so you're ready before solids begin, but it's helpful at any point. If your baby is already over 10 months and self-feeding, the Toddler & Kid Course is a better fit.
-
Not at all. The course has a full section on transitioning from purees to finger foods, including a Texture Graduation Protocol for babies who are resistant to the change. It's never too late!
-
The course focuses on self-feeding and BLW, but it also covers how to offer purees in a way your baby can feed themselves. It also goes over how to transition from spoon-feeding when you're ready. We meet you where you are.
-
Many preemie families have taken the course successfully. We recommend discussing readiness cues with your pediatrician first, as premature babies may be ready at a different adjusted age. The course content itself is still highly applicable.
-
